Access your plans and progress tools in the TBT app, and connect with our community on Discord. Choose what you would like to set up below.

If your membership includes medical care, our team will provide the appropriate access instructions during onboarding.

Set Up the TBT App

Choose your device below for setup instructions.

TBT FIT is a progressive web application. This is a special type of application that does not need an app store to install, and is able to run on any device that can connect to the internet. Open it in your browser, then add it to your home screen.

iPhone and iPad

1. Open Safari and navigate to the TBT App

2. Tap the share icon at the bottom of the screen

3. Scroll down and tap 'Add to Home Screen'

4. Tap 'Add'

TBT FIT should now be installed on your iPhone. Find it on your home screen!

Android Devices

1. Open your browser and navigate to the TBT App

2. Tap the 3-dot menu at the upper right of the screen

3. Tap 'Install App'

TBT FIT should now be installed on your Android Device. Find it on your home screen!

Desktop Computers

1. Open Chrome and navigate to the TBT App

2. Find the 'Install' button on the right side of the URL bar at the top of the screen

3. Click on 'Install TBT FIT'

TBT FIT should now be installed on your desktop computer.
