Refund and Cancellation Policy

Memberships have a 90-day minimum commitment, renew every 30 days and require 30 days’ cancellation notice under your agreement. Our 90-day money-back guarantee applies to coaching only, subject to the agreement’s eligibility requirements. It does not cover medical services, labs, medications or recovery access.

Membership term and billing

• Memberships bill every 30 days and have a 90-day minimum commitment.
• After the minimum commitment, memberships renew automatically every 30 days at the regular recurring rate unless otherwise agreed.
• The $200 startup fee is charged once at enrollment.
• Add-ons are billed as described on the Programs and Pricing page. Recurring add-ons are billed every 30 days; lab panels and panel upgrades are charged per panel.

Cancellation

Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice under your membership agreement. The membership agreement describes the cancellation procedure and how the 90-day minimum commitment applies when notice is given.

Coaching results guarantee

Our 90-day money-back guarantee applies to coaching services only, subject to the eligibility requirements in your membership agreement. For memberships that combine coaching and medical services, the guarantee applies only to the coaching portion. Eligibility, refund calculation and treatment of the startup fee are set out in your membership agreement.

TRT screening refund

TRT screening is required before acceptance into treatment. A licensed provider will review your consultation and relevant lab results to determine whether TRT is appropriate for you. If you prepay for the TRT add-on and are found ineligible, your prepaid TRT add-on fees will be refunded, excluding consultation and lab-testing fees. This refund applies to the TRT add-on only; your separate membership remains subject to its own terms.

This TRT refund is separate from the coaching guarantee.

What is not refundable under the guarantee

The guarantee does not cover medical services, lab testing, medications or recovery access. Except as provided by the coaching guarantee, the TRT screening refund above, your membership agreement or applicable law, payments are non-refundable.

Existing clients

Existing-client subscriptions remain unchanged unless a separate transition is agreed.
