What if I don't have access to a gym?

Not a problem. Each program is customized to each clients' needs and I can work with what you have access to.

How long does it take to see results?

How quickly you will see results is based on a number of factors; but most importantly, your dedication to sticking with the plan and the effort you put in to your training. For my clients, losing 20 pounds in an 8-12 week period is a reasonable goal.

Can you work with someone who is brand new to fitness and nutrition?

Absolutely. No prior knowledge is needed, and all of our nutrition and fitness plans are crafted based on the unique needs of each and every one of our clients. I encourage questions and try my best to provide a detailed and clear response.

Do you accept remote clients?

Yes! Our online client portal system allows us to provide our services 100% remote. Check ins can be accomplished via zoom or facetime, and all workout and nutrition plans are available 24/7 online.

What if I am extremely busy?

Our plans can be adapted to even the busiest schedules; because at the end of the day, health is wealth. I even work with a service that can measure and deliver your food- taking the prep work completely out of nutrition, and saving you time.

Do you have a tip for beginners?

Preparation is key to success. You must be prepared for your day and understand your plan. I recommend bulk cooking foods and meal prepping so that your daily routine is simplified, and tracking your time management.
