Longevity

Build sustainable nutrition, movement and recovery habits for your long-term well-being.

Learn more

Healthy years, everyday choices

Longevity here means focusing on how well you live as you age: staying capable, independent and engaged in the activities that matter to you. It is not a promise to reverse aging or extend your lifespan.

What to focus on

Build a repeatable routine around nourishing meals, regular movement, strength, balance and restorative sleep. Small, sustainable changes matter more than chasing a quick fix.

How support can fit

Nutrition and fitness coaching can help turn your priorities into practical habits. If you choose medical wellness, a licensed provider guides clinical decisions based on your needs.

Your day-to-day well-being

Wellness is the ongoing practice of caring for your physical and emotional well-being. Your goals might be more consistent meals, a manageable movement routine, better rest or feeling more confident about your next step.

What to focus on

Look at the whole routine: nutrition, activity, sleep, stress and the time you have available. Choose a few realistic actions, then review what is working as life changes.

How support can fit

Personalized coaching provides structure and accountability. Provider-guided medical wellness is a separate option when clinical support is appropriate; coaching does not replace medical care.

Weight Loss

Find nutrition and fitness coaching that fits your life, with medical options when appropriate.

Learn more

Sustainable change, not a quick fix

Weight loss is one possible goal within a broader plan for health and well-being. The focus is a realistic approach you can maintain, rather than a restrictive short-term challenge or a guaranteed number on the scale.

What to focus on

Build consistent eating patterns, regular physical activity and supportive sleep and stress-management habits. Consider progress in routines, strength and confidence alongside weight trends.

How support can fit

Nutrition and fitness coaching can help you build a plan that fits your life. Medical options require an individual assessment by a licensed provider and are not appropriate for everyone. Results vary.

Fitness

Build strength, consistency and confidence with training shaped around your starting point.

Learn more

Strength for the life you lead

Fitness is your ability to meet the physical demands of everyday life and the activities you enjoy. It includes strength, endurance, balance and mobility, not just how you look or how hard you train.

What to focus on

Start with movement that matches your current ability. Build consistency first, then gradually develop strength and stamina while allowing time to rest. Goals can be as personal as carrying groceries or returning to a favorite activity.

How support can fit

Personalized training and coaching can offer structure, accountability and progress tracking. Share injuries, limitations or medical concerns before choosing activities so your plan can be discussed appropriately.

Make room to rest and recharge

Recovery means allowing time between the demands of training and everyday life. It is part of a balanced routine, not simply an extra treatment or a reason to push through pain.

What to focus on

Consider your training load, rest days, sleep and nutrition together. A sustainable routine makes room for both activity and downtime rather than relying on a single recovery tool.

How support can fit

Explore the on-site recovery options below, including red light, sauna, cold plunge and hyperbaric sessions. Each option has different evidence and precautions; suitability should be discussed with the team and a clinician when appropriate.

RECOVERY AT THE FRESNO STUDIO

See your recovery options.

Actual equipment at our Fresno facility. Explore these options alongside the coaching and movement habits in your plan.

Red-light bed / table equipment at the Fresno facility

Red-light bed / table

A dedicated red-light session on the facility’s treatment table. Ask the team about session format and whether it fits your routine.

Benefits & how it works

How it works. Red-light therapy uses red and sometimes near-infrared light rather than the heat of a sauna. Researchers study how this light interacts with cells and whether it can support comfort and recovery.

Potential benefits & evidence. Some targeted light treatments show benefits, but those findings do not automatically apply to whole-body beds. A review of whole-body treatments found possible sleep benefits but no demonstrated improvement in exercise recovery or performance. Results depend on the device and treatment settings.

Before your session. Follow the device’s eye-protection instructions and discuss light-sensitive conditions or medications with a clinician before use.

Sauna

A quiet, heated sauna space for your recovery routine. Ask about session length, hydration and any suitability considerations.

Benefits & how it works

How it works. Sauna uses heat to create a warming, relaxing experience.

Potential benefits & evidence. Some infrared-sauna research suggests it may help with post-exercise soreness and perceived recovery, but studies are small and benefits depend on the type of sauna and session. Findings from infrared saunas do not necessarily apply to every sauna. Think of it as an optional complement to sleep, hydration and a balanced training plan, not a replacement.

Before your session. Hydrate, avoid alcohol and stop if you feel dizzy or unwell. Ask a clinician first if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.

Cold plunge equipment at the Fresno facility

Cold plunge

A dedicated cold-water plunge tub. The team can explain the experience, preparation and available contrast-session options.

Benefits & how it works

How it works. Cold plunging uses cold-water immersion as a recovery tool.

Potential benefits & evidence. Research suggests it can reduce post-workout soreness and help some people feel more recovered, especially after strenuous exercise. Less soreness does not necessarily mean muscles have healed faster. Timing matters: regularly plunging immediately after strength training may reduce some muscle-building adaptations.

Before your session. Cold water can also cause a sudden breathing and cardiovascular response. Use supervised sessions, keep your head above water and never combine plunging with breath-holding. Ask a clinician first if you have heart, circulation or blood-pressure concerns.

Hyperbaric chamber equipment at the Fresno facility

Hyperbaric chamber

Explore the facility’s chamber sessions with the team. Suitability and session details should be reviewed before you book.

Benefits & how it works

How it works. A hyperbaric chamber increases the air pressure around you. Medical hyperbaric oxygen therapy combines increased pressure with prescribed oxygen for specific medical conditions. Wellness chambers can use different pressures and oxygen levels, so they should not be assumed to provide the same treatment or benefits.

Potential benefits & evidence. For everyday workout soreness and athletic recovery, benefits remain uncertain; controlled studies have not consistently shown faster recovery.

Before your session. A qualified clinician should determine whether treatment is appropriate for you. Proper supervision, equipment procedures and oxygen-related fire precautions are essential.

Compression boots

Ask about the compression-boot option offered with red-light sessions. The team can explain the setup, availability and whether it is appropriate for you.

Equipment photos and service availability are sourced from the facility’s services page and membership page. A verified compression-boot photo is not yet available. Sessions are optional; suitability, pricing and any required clinical guidance are confirmed separately. These options do not replace medical care.
