Good to know before you begin

Memberships have a 90-day minimum commitment, then renew every 30 days. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice under your membership agreement. Recurring add-ons are additional; standalone labs and upgrades are charged per panel.

Medical options require a licensed provider’s evaluation and approval. Enrollment does not guarantee treatment or a prescription. GLP pricing is introductory and depends on dosage. HSA/FSA eligibility depends on the service and your plan.

A few things to know.

Is the introductory call a medical visit?

No. The current site offers a free 20-minute enrollment call to discuss goals and options. Clinical appointments are separate.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

The current site accepts HSA and FSA funds where eligible. Eligibility depends on the service and your circumstances; check with your plan administrator.

Are medications or recovery services included?

Included services depend on the plan. The current pricing page describes optional medications, recovery access and any additional charges.
